I use my storage units with my avent isis pump. It includes the attachments to hook it up directly to the pump and all I do is twist on the lid when I'm done. Also the attatchments are compatible with Avent nipples so all my husband does is hook up the ring and the nipple and they're good to go! Easy on him, easy on me. These cups are more than just for breast milk (although they are good for that too). Now that my baby has moved onto solids these cups are perfect for storage of snacks, home made fruits and vegetables and all sorts of goodies. They stack easily and save space in the fridge and freezer. They fit perfectly into lunch boxes too for the older kids.Customer Review: Convenient

I bring these to work with me to store my milk after pumping. They are more durable than the bags, which is nice because I have to share the fridge at work, and you can reuse them which saves you money. I never used these for milk storage, but I use it for everything else. The twist cap makes it foolproof and easy to use. It took me some time to discover it was a twist cap, since I thought it was a snap on, but my kids can't open them without my help. I think they don't realize it is a twist cap. I love Avents bottles, nipples, and manual pump, but these storage containers are not something I will buy again! They leak easily. The tops cannot be screwed on to avoid this and since I have to transport milk back home from work, I have had quite a few messes to clean up. I am going to stick with the regular bottles.
