Baby Products Reviews of Philips AVENT BPA Free Non Spill Soft Spouts, 12 MonthsCustomer Review: Money and Space Saving Product Summary: 5 Stars
I love the spouts because you use them with the Avent bottles you already have. You don't have to invest in new cups, and you save cabinet space because you use the bottles you already own and don't have to store them. I wish I would have know about these spouts earlier. I bought an Avent Magic Cup and realized the spout that fits it also fits the regular bottles. Then, I found that you can buy just the spouts individually and bypass "magic cups" and all sippy cups altogether. Great idea!
Customer Review: Extend the life of your sippy cups Summary: 5 Stars
We had perfectly good Avent sippy cups, but it was obvious that the original spouts were too soft for toddlers; they pinched too hard with their lips and cut off the flow. These are made with a more rigid plastic, and are perfect for young toddlers. They pop right in, and we haven't had any problem with them staying put. We bought two 2-packs from Right Start for $2.99 each; shipping nearly doubled the price but it was still cheaper than buying new toddler cups.
Customer Review: Fantastic product Summary: 5 Stars
The Avent bottles can withstand a lot, so I didn't want to get rid of them (especially with how expensive sturdy sippy cups can be). This converted perfectly from the nipple to the sippy top. It snapped in and fit snugly with no leaks. Super easy to clean. I take out the seal because my son doesn't like to have to suck too hard to get the juice/milk... it still works perfectly.
Customer Review: Great Cup Summary: 5 Stars
I have never had any problems with the Avent magic spouts! I love that I could convert all of my Avent bottles to sippy cups. My daughter didn't like these until she was about 8 months old - but she eventually got the hang of it and now doesn't use nipples anymore. The only drawback is that I have only been able to find the spouts and handles sold separately online.
Customer Review: OK for a while Summary: 3 Stars
When my son first started using sippy cups, this was a good fit. He could still try to suck on it (since it was on his bottle, it was a good transition). However, as he started getting older and liking to be in charge of his own cup, I've stopped using it. Liquid drips out of the air hole and tends to be as messy as any other standard sippy cup.
