Baby Products Reviews of PRI EuroBath, Pearl White

Customer Review: The only tub worth buying
Summary: 5 Stars

We tried a bunch of different tubs with slings, cushions, padding, "too hot" indicators, etc. For the most part they are too small, the slings were too high or too difficult to get in and out of, the indicators were not very reliable, they didn't provide enough leg room or the opportunity for any sort of enjoyment in a tub. My baby likes being warm in his tub. As a result, he likes being decently submerged (he hated sponge baths) and the Eurobath allows you to actually get a real bath without being afraid that if your hand acidentally slips, the baby will slide under water. From birth to about 6 months, I used a hand towel under him (in the water) to give him some extra cushioning and a hand towel (in the water) on top to keep him extra warm. He loved watching me wring it out on his tummy. Now, he likes to sit up and the towels are gone, but Ms. Rubber Ducky has plenty of room to swim and my boy can make bubbles by splashing with his arms and legs. The molding is nice and secure. Be aware this is a BIG tub so if you are space constrained, it will be a challenge to find a good spot for it. It can get pretty heavy when filled and draining takes a while, but it is well worth both the cost and the little extra inconvenience to have a tub that doesn't leak, and especially one which makes bathtime a lot of fun, rather than a traumatic experience!

Customer Review: The perfect tub!
Summary: 5 Stars

After struggling with different types of tubs with my first three children, I found the Eurotub when I was expecting my fourth. What a Relief! I can't say enough good things about this tub. All of the edges are so smooth and shaped just right for the baby. There is a drain hose that can be easily disconnected to drain the tub (but it is not hard to just tip over to drain). The tub holds even a tiny infant safely without constantly having to support them. The only extra support I needed was to put a rolled up towel under his bottom when he was very small -- soon it was not needed. This tub can definitely grows with the child. There is the place for the infant, then when the baby can sit up the "horn" keeps the baby from slipping into the water, then as the child get older he can switch to the other side where the water is deeper and he can splash and play and yet still be in a safer, smaller area then the big tub. My son is now almost 18 months and he still uses it and loves it. Yes, it is big but it does have "hooks" so that you can hang it from the shower curtain rod when you are not using it. I debated for a while before purchasing it because of the size and the extra shipping charges -- but it was well worth it! I would recommend it to anyone. The only thing better would be if I had found it three children earlier!

Customer Review: I can't believe I finally found a tub!
Summary: 5 Stars

I've tried three different tubs before I finally read all the online reviews and decided to buy this tub. When I bought it, I brought it home and just set my 4 month old son inside to see how he'd fit. As much as he squirmed and arched and kicked, he couldn't move out from the molding that helps keep the baby in place. Once I gave him his bath, the only 2 problems I found are: 1. The tub doesn't have non-skid pads or suction cups on the bottom. While this wasn't a major issue (the water/baby weight keep it in place), I wanted to feel more secure and I put the tub on a piece of no-skid rug backing (the kind you use to keep throw rugs from sliding around). 2. The other problem is that it doesn't seem very comfortable. While my son didn't complain, I felt bad for him and put a towel down underneath him to give him a little more cushion. I probably could by the comfort-fit bear-shaped sponge, but it's not really needed. The other plus for this tub is that it's the only one I've found that lets you cover your baby with water. Most of the tubs have the baby "dipped" in the water with their feet sticking out. My son LOVED being able to splash his feet in the water...although it's kind of a draw back for me....I get wetter now! :) Definitely invest your money wisely and buy this tub. It's a little more expensive but worth it!!!

Customer Review: Return all other tubs...this is all you need. The Best!
Summary: 5 Stars

So many women get the cutzie sponge mats or mesh things for bathing their babies.
Then, a month later they need a bigger one or reclining mats etc.....This tub is excellent from birth to 23months (so far with my son). I truly believe many babies cry in the shallow other tub products because they are cold and only have an inch submerged in the water. This wonderful tub allows full body water coverage while maintaing perfect safety due to it's design. I cannot tell you how thankful I am on many levels.#1 Convenience: It's big but a giant screw high above our tile work keeps it hung up and out of the way when not in use. The tub has an oval hole we hang it from for 2 years now with no problem. It's also out of sight behind the shower curtain and if you hang it high enough it doesn't intrude in your shower space. #2 Safety: my son 23m loves this and sits chest deep but doesn't slip as he might in a traditional full bath. If he squirms around I feel good knowing it's only plastic if he bumps his head not porcelain. He also would most likely not go under but rather lye back if he slipped because of the design. #3 Cleanliness and time saver: It cleans well and since he is a toddler now and still fits perfect we can keep using it and I don't need to scrub our only tub everyday for him to bathe. Moms you will be pleased with this tub.

Customer Review: Great for Twins also!
Summary: 5 Stars

After seeing this product and reading all of the reviews I purchased this for my daughter who was expecting her first babies, Twins. After seeing how this bath holds the baby, I thought that this would be great not only for one baby but for two. I felt that when you have twins there would be many times that mom would have one baby in the tub and have to possibly quick do something with the other one. Also, when they were older this tub would be big enough for them to sit in together. Well, I was not wrong and my daughter loves this tub. They are not old enough to sit in together yet (5 months) but they can lay safely and kick and enjoy the water without someone holding them up. They even had their cousin (2 yrs old) take a bath with one of the twins. This tub is large but this makes it a tub that wll be used for years to come. All of my daughter's friends that have seen this tub all want to get one. I don't think you can go wrong with this. It also has a drain hole on the bottom so you don't have to lift the tub to drain. It is hard to see in the picture that on the opposite side there are indentations for little cheeks to sit up when older or for an older child to take a bath with a smaller baby. I don't feel you can go wrong with this tub. Come on all you grandmothers and buy one of these. Your grandchildren will love it.
