This was really cute, but it was heavy for the plug outlets I had in my hosue and kept falling out. That part was okay because I kept meaning to replace them with the childproof ones anyway, however the outlet covers I used only work okay with this nightlight. I have the ones that twist to cover the plugs insead of the outlet covers and because of this the light is tilted sort of downward. But I don't realy care, it's cute anyway! Also, the cover piece comes off pretty easy from the light part, I might super glue these pieces together once the baby starts crawling around. The light that comes from it is pretty good--not too bright but makes it so you aren't falling over in the dark.Customer Review: would not recommend

This is a cute nightlight but not what I expected. First it is not at all transparent, rather it is a thick and heavy almost clunky piece, so light is simply thrown to the sides of the decorative front bit. And, on the first use, it fell completely apart from some manhandling by our one year old (who is admittedly fairly rough but probably not more so than the average boy). So, it lasted literally all of 30 minutes or so and went straight into the garbage.Customer Review: you can try it

this was such a cute night light, it matched my baby's room perfect. But the picture part was so heavy that it would have a hard time staying plugged in, so it wouldnt light up. then the sensor was so sensitive, sometimes it wouldnt light up in a dark room. on top of that the plate then fell off the night light within 2 weeks of use. now it is just a sensor light bulb, unfixable. it is really cute, but NOT designed with common sense.Customer Review: Used the plate on different light!

This is very cute and matches the bedroom perfectly. The decorative monkey plate is made out of wood which seemed to weigh down the night light portion. There is also no on/off switch and the light sensor was unreliable. I simply put the wooden plate onto a $.99 plain night light from wal-mart and it's perfect because now it stays plugged in and there is an on-off switch.Customer Review: I got a crooked one!

It's cute but the plate with the monkey is crooked! It was glued on crooked to the light so when you plug it in, it looks crooked. It's not worth the hassle of returning it by mail, etc. It also would be better if there was an on and off switch...
