These cups are about $1 - 2 each, don't buy them for $9.99! They can spill if the child figures out that turning them upside down and pressing on it will make the fluid leak out, but usually do not spill. My son is 13 months and has been using these for the past few months. (got them from ebay - 5 for $5.00)
