Front pocket with elastic and 2 plastic triangles to hold keys, pacifier or toys. Pocket stores Mom's keys, sippy cup, wallet,etc. Inside pocket with elastic and 1 plastic triangle for holding toys, etc Two large open pockets on the back hold an extra diaper, coupons, etc. Fitted like an envelope on back of seat, with elastic in front over handle bar for a great fit. Works great on restaurant high chairs. Folds into itself for easy carrying. The attached strap becomes the carry handle. Folded it can also be used as a pillow when baby becomes a toddler. Mommy and baby both love this shopping cart cover. High quality and workmanship, nice pattern, and super-comfy. Lots of pockets, and the links are great for baby's toys. We get compliments on it when we are out shopping and other shoppers have inquired about where it was purchased. I do most of my grocery shopping at Super-Target and it's a snug fit for their carts which are larger than standard shopping carts. Perhaps it may have shrunk a bit after its first wash cycle? I would suggest a hang-dry over putting it in the clothes dryer. It's a perfect fit for those highchairs at restaurants while out dining. In summary, this cover is worth every penny. I did extensive research and found it to be the best bargain for my money.
