This pillow makes nursing so comfortable for both me and my little girl. It's firm enough that she doesn't sink down too much (as compared to using a Boppy pillow#. The strap is also great for keeping the pillow in place at just the right position. The only problem I've run into is the cover gets soaked frequently with milk, as my daughter still has trouble latching on sometimes. Rather than washing the cover every time I nurse #I never bought an extra cover, but even if I had, I would still be washing them daily) I put down a waterproof burp cloth with a towel on top.Customer Review: my brest friend is pretty good

I like this breast feeding pillow because it is nice and firm. However, I find the part that wraps around your back gets in the way if you want to lean against a chair back or wall.I think I may open up the cover and cut off that part of the foam pillow insert. Also, I bought a second one so I can somehow stack them together because I have a long torso. This means I am often putting another pillow underneath to boost baby up so I am not hunching over to feed her.Customer Review: Best purchase

I didn't think I would need a special nursing pillow. Initially I started nursing using a regular pillow. When I got this, I noticed how perfect it is. It makes it easy to keep my baby positioned and sturdy while saving my back. It's easy to relax instead of thinking a pillow is going to slide and my baby will be moved while nursing. Love the back support. But I had to make more support underneath because it wasn't high enough for me. Of coarse, it depends on the hold you use with baby. I'm happy the cover can be washed. Kind of wish the two bumps on the top were remove-able. I like the one for baby's head, but not the one that sits under her butt. This is probably one of the best items I've received and made nursing MUCH easier than other types of pillows. Hard to see from the picture, but there are actually 2 slightly raised circular bumps on the pillow's top, perfectly positioned to angle baby's head comfortably. The back support is also a plus. Also love that I can get up and it stays securely attached!
