All the nurses and people in the know told us that the boppy sucks and this is awesome. They were definitely right. We received the boppy as a gift, but I bought this because of the nurses' advice and because my wife has back problems. This provides great back support (I've tried it on a few times after a rough day) and puts the child in perfect position for feeding. This will be the baby shower present we give to all of our breast feeding friends.Customer Review: Great pillow, a must for nursing!

I LOVE this pillow and never nurse my son without it. Most lactation consultants recommend this (the Boppy is not meant for nursing!) as it provides great support and helps baby get the proper latch. The fabric on this one (instead of the cotton) is awesome, so soft for baby. A tip for C-section moms though, it will be uncomfortable until you have healed a bit. I couldn't use mine until about 2 weeks after, it put too much pressure on the incision.Customer Review: Wonderful product

This is an absolutely wonderful, must have product. I nursed my first two children with a boppy pillow which worked okay. I tried my breast friend with my third baby and the difference was amazing. This pillow supported my back with a padded strap eliminating back pain during nursing and also supported my baby so he could lay straight. The cover can be removed to be washed so you don't have to buy an extra slipcover. Definitely worth the price.Customer Review: Very helpful

I bought this for my wife when she delivered our first child.
Her words: "This is one of those things which I definitely needed to feed my baby. Its easy to put it on or take it out and fits around very comfortably. It also provides an elevated head support for the baby. It makes feeding a fun. The back support helps take away the strain during continuos / prolonged feeding cycles. A must buy!

I bought "My Brest Friend" because my "Boppy" was losing it firmness. MBF is definetly more firm and hasn't lost the firmness. It also supports your back. I like MBF better than the Boppy. My son however still prefers the boppy. I think that MBF is too firm for him. It keeps him awake so he does eat better, but it is not good for the late night feedings where we want him to go to sleep.
