We bought the Munchkin bottle warmer because it had an automatic shut off. I had to get up in the middle of the night to boil some water to warm her bottles. One night our baby fell back to sleep and so did I. I woke up to my brother-in-law screaming what's burning! I can't believe I almost burned the house down. The bottle warmer is great! I use it all the time. It took me a few times to get it to work just perfect. Bigger thicker bottles needed more water. The thinner bottles I used less water. But after you figure out how much water to use, you'll fall in love with it. Make sure to clean the base often, otherwise it will turn a yucky brown and make a burning smell after you heat up the bottles. I clean it out every other day.Customer Review: A Must Buy

My wife came home one day with a Munchin bottle warmer and I thought it was an excessive purchase. Now we own three because I went out and bought two more. Now we have one for our kitchen, one for the nursery, and one for the kid bag that we travel with daily. They work fantastically and our water bill has dropped because we no longer have to watch gallons of water go down the drain while we wait to fill a bowl of hot water to warm the bottle. Not to mention that it is sooo much faster than warming the bottle with hot water, which is critical when a child is hungry and letting you know it in his own special way (i.e. crying loudly). Overall a great pruchase and we highly recommend it!Customer Review: Won't shut off after just a handful of uses!

We bought this on a Saturday... we used it for the first time on Sunday morning. We only used it, maybe 2-3 times per day. We unplugged it after each use. Went to warm up a bottle on Wednesday evening and the switch glows red permanently now, which means it does not beep or turn off. We haven't touched it since then... it technically still works, but not properly. I'm ticked, because we didn't use this much at all and were very careful with it, yet it still died out on us.
My daughter prefers her bottles warmed, so we are going to invest in another warmer, but so far, not sure on the brand... especially since this one was "highly" recommended.

Pros.
-This bottle warmer warms up bottles fast so it is very convenient.
-I also like the size, which is very small and doesn't take much of a space in my kitchen.
Cons.
-It doesn't have an off button, so I have to unplug/plug the unit every time i want to use it, which is not convenient.
-The auto shut-off feature is worthless. Some times the bottle gets really hot and that thing never shuts off. As a matter of fact, not once it turned itself off! I just keep standing in front of it and keep testing the temp. of the milk by pouring the milk on the back of my hand until it reaches the right temperature.

We love this bottle warmer. I was a little skeptical about getting a bottle warmer after reading some of the reviews of the other brand names of warmers. But I decided to go with this one since its reviews were good and I am so glad I did. I love the automatic shut off function and the beep when it is finished. Like anything else, you have to use good sense and adjust the amount of water according to how much in the bottle and check the temp before giving it to baby but I have easily learned to estimate the amount of water needed based on the amount in the bottle. This is definitely something you will want if you are heating bottles !!!
