A special steam-warming system heats your infant's food quickly and evenly, with no hot spots. It's ideal for regular-angled and wide-mouth bottles and baby food jars (not included). I agree with Mr.Mom, I don't see what all the complaints are about. My husband and I love this warmer, we have been using it for the last 3 weeks and it works great. You do have to play around with the water to get the right temp but once you figure it out it's a piece of cake. If the milk is too hot run it under cold water or put it in the freezer for a couple minutes. And always check the temp of the milk before giving it to the baby so they don't end up in the hospital for 6 days; the product didn't burn the baby the parent who didn't check the temp before giving it to the baby did.
