It is a good product, nicely made but after using it only for a couple of weeks, I uninstalled my son's car seat and I noticed that it doesn't protect completely the leather from my back seat. What I found is a couple of dents from the pressure made by the car seat I thought they would come to normality if I gave it some time for the foam to react, but no it didn't. You want protection for your car? put a peace of card board underneath the car seat.Customer Review: Great seat saver, plus extra storage!

This is well worth the price to protect you car seat. We didn't use it with our first car seat and there are now permanent markings on our car seat. Now that we have a second child, we are using this to save the other seat from the same fate. I also love the extra storage instead of having toys strewn all over my car. Having the toys contained also creates more safety in my car since they wouldn't become projectiles in a crash. Great product!Customer Review: Munchkin Leather Seat Protector

When my wife retired and we sold my car, we wanted to protect the leather seats in her car from possible damage from a car seat for our 3-year old granddaughter. This seat protector has been easy to use and has performed as expected. I inserted a small towel to catch any accidents, such as happened, when our youngest granddaughter refused to go to the pottie, then couldn't wait during the hour-long drive back to her home.Customer Review: Seat saver

I bought 2 of these when we got new seats for our girls. I love them! They keep our seats from being completely dirty. They also help the seat grip better when being installed. We've used them on cloth interior and leather. Both work like a champ. My only minor irritation is that the part that stuffs into the fold of the seat is hard to get in...of course, part of that is my car. I have twins so these were a must once I heard of them from a friend...I was using towels for padding underneath the kiddo car seats in our new Odyssey beforehand so although the towels worked it did not look the best. These not only save your seats from indentation from the car seats but also have some extra pockets for storage..nice touch. I highly recommend them...easy to clean as well.
