Okay, anyone that comes to my house will quickly see, I'm not a neat freak. Not in the slightest. These were so messy! I know, I know. It's kindda the deal, but I just didn't realize how big a mess it made. Plus, stinker just didn't get into it. He'd rather mash it into the floor than suck on it. Maybe he was too little? Dunno. But these are going in the trash. They just seem like a good place for germies to live. I couldn't really get them clean. Seemed like they always had a little old food living in them. Kindda like a old kitchen dish cloth. Bleh!Customer Review: Great concept but there are better versions

We have both the Munchkin version of this product and another version that's teal and white colored, made by Sassy(?). My 8 month old enjoys using both equally, and they've been great for teething and learning to self-feed without fear of choking. I prefer the other design over this Munchkin brand however, becuase the screw-off design of the other ones is easier to use than the pinch & open hinge design of these. It makes loading and cleaning easier, and I also like that the other ones have removable and replacable mesh bags. Less plastic waste.Customer Review: Mom & Baby Approved

I bought these for our seven-month-old after he kept grabbing the apples and pears we were eating, only to bite off chunks that were too large for him to safely eat (he has two bottom teeth). He doesn't want purees and he wants to feed himself, so these work well for him. He's able to hold the handle easily. When he's finished eating, I just turn the mesh bag inside out, rinse, and wash it on the top rack of the dishwasher. Apples and pears work best, and the juice he gets from the whole fruit is healthier than boxed juice. Great invention!Customer Review: Great and safe!

I started feeding my 7 month old with solids. I'm always worried she will choke on food when I give it to her so this product is great. My baby gets to eat fresh fruits with no worrie. Grapes and bananas are her favorite but they do make a big mess when she throws it or rubs it on the furniture and carpet. After she is done I just put it in the dishwasher and it's ready for her next feeding. You should rinse it as soon as she is done or food will dry on it and make it hard to clean. I can't even believe my ears when I read some of the reviews - THIS ITEM IS THE BEST THING......My girlfriend turned me on to this when my son was born, you say AMAZING. Messy....who cares there babies, you can clean them. And I HAVE never had a problem cleaning it, and both my son and daughter LOVE THEIR BANANAS......As a matter of fact, I put EVERYTHING in this thing, and with NO WORRIES. Plus, EVERY babyshower I go to now gets this in their bag of goodies.I would and DO highy recommend this item to everyone!!!
