I looked for quite awhile for just the right keepsake boxes for my baby girl's first tooth and first lock of hair. These were just perfect - or so I thought. When they arrived they were so little and dainty, they came packaged like a tiny salt and pepper shaker set. I was so excited because they were just what I wanted: delicate, feminine, girly, and classic. I already owned something from Mud Pie which I was most happy with, so I had great expectations for this product. Sadly, I was most disappointed when I opened the packaging: the paint was peeling off in some places on the rims, and the tops of the boxes looked dirty. It was obviously a problem from the manufacturer, so I sadly sent them back and received a refund. I was so disappointed because they would have been perfect. With that being said, I might order them again to see if that was just from a bad batch and I would get a pristine set. I can only hope.
