Customer Review: Rebranded household hook... Great marketing

I bought something almost identical from Home Depot for $2.99. Just sold as simple versatile hook. The wording on the foam part just says something generic, not "The Mommy Hook". It works great for hanging things off the stroller handle bar!
Mommies beware though, I've learned that many things can simply be rebranded / marketed as "baby-fied" items, and all of a sudden you're paying twice as much.
That said, this is an awesome product when used as a stroller hanger.

I bought this when my son was about 8 months old and loved it! It broke about 6 months later. I bought another one because I was lost without it. It's great for securing bags to your stroller. I also use it to attach my purse to shopping cart seats...just a little added security there. It's also great to hook a few plastic shopping bags on the hook and then carry them all by the hook's foam handle.
Just wish it was sturdier!

As someone else mentioned, you can find this cheaper at Home Depot but a different brand.
As for the product, it's okay. I mainly used it to carry a ton of grocery bags from my car to the house. I used it ONCE at the mall. That time was perfect! I was with my two younger sisters and parents, and all of us combined had a lot of shopping bags. I clipped the hook to the stroller bar and it did a great job holding the bags.

I use the mommy hook to keep my reusable shopping bags stored in the car so they don't end up everywhere. While shopping I hang the hook with the empty bags on the front of the grocery cart. Thus I no longer have the problem of the bags ending up under or mixed in with all the food and having to dig for them when I get to the cashier. I am going to get another for my baby stroller, and who knows I may need more for other tasks.Customer Review: Love my Mommy Hook!

I love the Mommy hook and make sure I add it to whatever stroller I'm taking with me for the day. Totally versatile to whatever stroller you have. I probably wouldn't put it on a light weight umbrella stroller because when you do load it down then the stroller could flip when the child got out of it. However, any other stroller works well with it and it is a must for a day at the park, fair, amusement park, mall, or airport!
