fits perfectly on our toilet seat. easy to lift up the seat with the latch. now i don't find our hairbrush, toothpaste and whatever else our 1 year old can find to put in there, and most of all he's safe from falling in now.
he does spend a lot of time trying to figure out how to get the seat up.
