With all the new scares of infant deaths in slings i was hesitant to get one. this product was recommended to me by my lactation consultant and i am so glad that i bought it. my son likes to be close to me and it makes life hard to not have hands free. it is very versatile, very strong and very soft. my son loves to be in it. you can put them in many different positions and you can always feel and hear them breathing and plenty of room for them to breathe. i wouldn't use any other wrap! it is also comfortable for mom and it is not big and bulky like the other infant carriers on the market! great product, i don't know what i would do without it!Customer Review: Not Sure It's For Everyone

I am 5'6" and weighed 230 pounds at three months postpartum when I ordered this wrap. I tried it with my baby and after all the wrapping there was barely enough material left at the end to tie. I don't have a large chest but was still sporting a postpartum belly, however, I don't think that made much of a difference. I didn't like that and the fact that there was really no give. I like the idea of this wrap and even though I wasn't happy with the material, my baby felt more secure in this wrap than any other carrier I've tried (Maya, Bjorn, Hotsling, Peanut). I think I will try the Sleepy Baby Wrap which is stretchier.Customer Review: Good, but

I have had this Moby wrap since my first child 2 years ago. It still looks new... I will say though I used it more with the first baby as she needed to be carried more (and I was less experienced as a mom). I like the Moby, but its best for warmer months when you can wrap it around yourself. In the winter it is really hard to use because its hard to get over your winter coat and there is no way to cover the baby. I have found myself using the Bjorn a lot more than the Moby since my new baby was born in November.
I wish I had known about the Ergo baby, I would have just bought this instead of a Bjorn and a Moby.

I bought a Moby Wrap for twins, because it said in the description that it could be used for twins. When I got it, the instructions specifically stated only to have one child in it at a time. Under no circumstances are you to have 2 children in at the same time. But the baby loves it much, much more than the backpack looking carriers. It is also very comfortable for mom or dad. It isn't as hard to put on as it looks or you may have been told. The 1st time is the hardest, then it kind of comes naturally. It really is a great product. Just don't be expecting to carry more than one baby at a time in it.Customer Review: Great carrier

I love this versatile carrier. With my first baby I used the Baby Bjorn and it worked well with him. My second child liked to be held across my body rather than upright so I was searching for a carrier that also worked like a sling. I was impressed by the reviews for the Moby Wrap so I ordered one. It took a little practice, but by the second or third try we found the right position and fit for both of us. As he has grown we have changed positions using the hug hold and facing outward. I prefer using the Moby Wrap. It distributes the weight so well and is very comfortable to wear with baby.
