My husband and I purchased the miracle blanket after my sister suggested that we try it. We were desperate for anything that could get our 6 week old daughter to sleep for longer than an hour without being held by one of us. The first night she slept for five hours straight. Each night since then, we swaddle her in the miracle blanket while she's still awake, rock her for a few minutes, put her Soothie in her mouth, put her in her car seat (which is the only thing she'll sleep in), and she falls asleep on her own. She usually sleeps from five to six hours. I hope that the miracle lasts.Customer Review: Baby started sleeping through the night the first time I used it

Absolutely a miracle, highly suggest all new parents have one. Started using on my little one at 5 weeks and the first night she slept 7 hours and now sleeps 10 hours every night at 4 months old. If she is screaming and nothing will quiet her down we will swaddle her up in the miracle blanket, put a binky in her mouth and she is out in minutes! It is truly amazing. We had tried 5 or 6 other swaddle blankets we received at the baby shower and she would wiggle out of every one of them. It's a little expensive however completely worth the extra sleep you and the family get.Customer Review: Didn't work.

After reading "The Happiest Baby" book I planned to swaddle my baby. I bought various swaddling contraptions, this being one of them. First of all, the nurses at the hospital are expert swaddlers and can teach you how to use a simple receiving blanket to give a way better swaddle than this thing could ever create. Second, I happened to have a super baby who despised swaddling and bust out of even the tightest swaddles. This thing was a joke to her.. she'd be out before I could finish wrapping her. This is just another thing I wasted my money on while pregnant.Customer Review: Great swaddler!

As a newborn my son would often wake himself up when he moved his arms around so he needed his arms swaddled; however, he was Houdini at getting his arms out. We tried to swaddle him with a blanket, and we tried the Swaddle Me but somehow he broke free out of all of them. This was the only blanket that he could not get his arms out. When he was a couple of months old, he seemed to want his feet out so we just swaddled his arms. It was the only swaddle blanket we used until we stopped swaddling. It helped us get a little bit more sleep each night.Customer Review: love love love

i have had 3 beautiful girls - now 4, 2, and 2 months. i use these for sleeping (at least 1 long nap during day...and in it all night) up to 6 months. i own 4 swaddles and give them as gifts at all baby showers. i wouldn't use any other swaddle. use according to directions and you're good to go. i recommend purchase of 'baby whisperer solves all your problems' by tracy hogg as well for anyone wanting to get baby on sleep schedules. it's my baby bible...closest thing u can get to 'an instruction manual' for the bundle u bring home!
