I ordered the Microforce Shaver just a little over a week before my husband's birthday. It was estimated to arrive the day before his birthday. It actually came 4 days earlier than I had expected. Excellent portable shaver. Granted, it is not a Ferrari but was never meant to be. However, if you need an inexpensive portable care free razor for a quick trip- this is it. Does better than disposable blades..... It is good for reducing stubble around mustache, goatee and beard. It gets to those hard to reach places that big electric razors cannot get to. Therefore, 5 stars for me given its obvious limitations.Customer Review: What a joke! I would not use this if it were free!

Right to the point... Crappy shaver that did not do a good job, was uncomfortable to use and after 6 uses the foil is starting to tear. I have been an electric shaver person for over 25 years. All I can say is don't be tempted to buy this product or you will be disappointed! I really can't see how anyone could give this 5 stars unless they have never used a good shaver or their expectation was super low to start.Customer Review: Microforce...3 quick points........

1. Does not have a trimmer.
2. Beard must already be close for Microforce to work well.
3. Other than the 2 points above, it is a VERY good razor that cuts as close as anything I have ever used and because of the size, it maneuvers well around the face. I highly recommend it but you may need another razor to get you short first. After that, you can use it daily and be very pleased!!

I have used this shaver for over a week now, recharged it and it is still working. I was a bit apprehensive after reading the reviews here, but the little shaver has proven itself now. It gives me a very close shave, may be a bit of skin irritation for the first few days, but you get that from every new shaver anyway. I am very happy with it, esp when I paid less that £10 including postage on Ebay.
