I simply told them that I needed more tubing for my Pump in Style Advanced, all they did was ask for my address and they said I should receive it free of charge (courtesy) in 6 days. I have a pump that was given to me and think is over 6 years old. Since I don't know what tubing will work, I called customer service at Medela to try to get it for free. The girl was rude and repeated over and over that the cost was $10 plus $8 shipping. I am very disappointed.Customer Review: Medela rocks!

All Medela items are great! Want a quality product for the VERY important task of breastfeeding? Buy MEDELA. I have a couple of extra tubing hoses. One to keep IN the pump and another just in the case of damage to the other I keep at home or to use while cleaning/drying a set.Customer Review: Its true- call medela to receive for free!

I read it here first and tried calling myself. It did take a few minutes to be connected to a rep. but then she was very helpful and sent me replacement tubing for FREE. I received in about 2 days and was glad I hadn't already purchased some place else.Customer Review: Good

I havent used this yet, but when it was shipped to me it was decently wrapped and it didnt look old or anything. I'll probably still need to steam clean it before using it as with all other things especially when anything comes close to the baby.
