These are exactly like the ones that come with your Medela pump. I accidently melted my sis in laws when I was cleaning them one day and tried to order them from Medela and they wouldn't let me order them because it wasn't my pump (rediculous!) So I ordered them from Amazon for the same price and they were at her house in two days!Customer Review: Ordered With No Problems

I took the advice of the other reviewers and called Medela before ordering on Amazon. I didn't have to ask. The customer service rep offered to send it free of charge as a courtesy, and she knew that it was for a second baby. No problems at all. A litle bit of a wait to request it, but very friendly and helpful.

I shipped this product to my daughter in TX and she never received the product. I have emailed the company on 3 occasions regarding this issue and the only response I am receiving is that the product was delivered on April 6, 2009. I have contacted the apartment office and the packaged was never delivered. Please assist.Customer Review: Disgusting!

The tubing arrived today for my Medela Pump in Style. I was terribly disappointed in the packaging as there were pieces of hair wrapped around the tubing. Furthermore, both tubes looked as though they had been used. Overall, it looks a little too unsanitary to use even if I were to sterilize. Gross! Many people have posted that Medela provides tubing for free. I called the customer service number and that was not the case. I paid $10 for two tubes. I even mentioned that I had been told the tubes are provided for free, but the representative said that's not the case. Anyway, I need extra tubing, so I paid for it.
