I am so glad I read all of these reviews! I called Medela and they are sending me the tubing free of charge via USPS to arrive in 3-5 business days! She said if that's all I needed she could just send them to me and she asked for my address and contact info. Not 10 seconds after I hung up the phone I received a confirmation email from them. The lady was super nice, verified which pump I have, and helped me with no questions asked. Absolutely no reason to buy these!Customer Review: Needed a new one

Having my breast pump be a second hand one i needed to get all new parts, when i called the company because of what i saw on the other reviews they told me where i was a second user they would not send me any parts for it. i had to resort to finding them elsewhere. this is exactly what my pump needed. i have the backpack style pump. i tought i could use any tubing but you have to get this tubing as one end is smaller than the other. ( fish tank tubing doesn't work)Customer Review: Get them for free!

After reading the other reviews, I contacted Medela's customer service and they mailed me complimentary replacement tubes right away! I have an older version of the Pump in Style (late 1990's) that was handed down to me. This pump has lasted through 5 babies and I am about to use it again for #6! (Not all 6 are MY babies!) We just replace all the silicone parts for each pregnancy and the pump still works like new. Highly recommend the pump and all the parts!Customer Review: Called Medela

I melted my tubing trying to sterilize it. So, like other reviewers suggested I call Medela directly. At first they tried to charge me $10 and told me there would be shipping charges, so I told them I could order it from Amazon for less then that with no shipping so she did offer to send it to me free of charge if I could wait for ground shipping. So this is what I did. So they will give it to you for free, at least once, so be sure not to pay!Customer Review: Tricky to sterilize

I bought these to replace the original ones that came with my medela pump. They seem to melt at certain points when I use the medela microsteam bags. The instructions state to cover the tubeswith water but the 4 oz don't quite cover both tubes. I try to make sure the tube tips do not touch any part of the plastic tubing when steaming them but that is quite difficult at times. They still work though despite the holes.
