I ordered this set of tubes and the Medela Breastpump Accessory Set from this company, and both arrived together-2 days before their expected shipping date. I am very happy with the product as well. I had read some reviews about people having faulty tubing or other items from this seller, but mine fit my Pump in Style Backpack perfectly! So, you definitely have to make sure you have the right tubes for your pump, but other than that, if you have any of the newer Pump in Style pumps, you should be fine ordering these! So I was hopeful after reading these reviews, that if I called Medela I could get the tubing for free. I spoke with Lisa at customer service who was polite. I told her the tubing connector part came off the tube, which it did, and I need to order replacements. She took all my info, then told me it would be $10 plus the cost of s&h!! I told her that it was cheaper on amazon.com so I would just buy it there. She was stunned. I said, so, no need to process the order then. Goodbye. I can't believe some people got these for free!! I ordered these tubes and thought they were Medela manufactured ones. But they're made in Taiwan.
I emailed Medela since these tubes say they're 100% silicone to make sure it's the same material. When I emailed, I told them I damaged my last tubes. And to my surprise, just like the other posters said, Medela actually sent me 2 new tubes for free. WOW!
So I guess I didn't need to order these, but I guess it's good to have a backup pair just in case.
Shipping was fast and product was well packaged.

I just called to order new tubing since I got my pump used, and they said their pumps are only designed for "one-mom use only." Since it's a hygiene issue, they cannot give out any information about how to get replacement parts. She was actually quite rude, and that was after 15 minutes on hold to talk with someone. I found this crazy since I have replaced every other piece of equipment for the pump, and I just need the dang tubing to make the thing hygienic! I took everyone's advice and called Medela's customer service. I didn't want to appear demanding so I asked for help in finding tubing for my model and that's exactly what she did. She gave me the part number and places I could purchase them. I hung up with her and called back, hoping to get a different operater. Thankfully I did and explained I heard I could receive free tubing and she said yes, took my info, and placed my order for my free/complimentary tubing! Should be here in a few days! Thanks for the advice!
