I debated between buying this pump and the lansinoh pump. Since this pump consistently got good reviews, I purchased this one instead of taking any chances with the lansinoh pump. I planned to nurse, but instead, ended up pumping since the day we returned from the hospital. It's been over four months now and I use this pump every day, at least five times a day. I have an excellent milk supply (I can get 4-5 ounces from each side after only 3 hours between pump sessions). I find it to be extremely portable (although it is a little heavy when you are carrying a diaper bag, bottle bag and baby carrier with you). It has been worth every penny we spent on it. My recommendation to mothers who are considering buying a pump: if you are tempted to purchase a less expensive, just remember you are dropping $150-$200 on it. If it does not work for you, you can't return it and get your money back. You'll have to buy another and then you end up paying more. Buy a quality product the first time around, that way you don't have to spend the money twice. You won't have any regrets. Do shop around though. They may have it cheaper elsewhere.Customer Review: Good Milker

This was the first pump I bought when my baby was a newborn. Breastfeeding was difficult for me and so I went with the pumping route, pumping on regularly and giving the baby milk via a bottle. This pump helped me 'establish' my milk supply and I used it from the time he was 3 weeks until about 13 weeks. I then splurged and bought the Freestyle for its portability but I'm disappointed with its suction issues (see my review of the Freestyle). The PISA: Pros: suction is consistent and powerful. I have to use to lower suction and its still effective. The flanges and accessories are easier to clean than the Freestyle. Cons: those darn tubings tangle and come out so easily and get condensation easily too. Pump is heavy relative to the freestyle and its bulky too. It won't fit into my work locker (but then again, nothing fits into it anyway). Customer Review: Better but not the best

I bought evenflow pump for filthy 69.99 from Toys R us and that sucked, so i did some online search and found this pump, this was a life saviour altho it was not at par to the medella hospital grade pump, which we rented for about a month, but its still better than any other pumps available in the market I think
I would definitely recommend it, as my wife and one of my relatives have been using this pump for last 3 months without any major hiccups, i wish medella gave more variety of cup sizes, given the price of the pump i can imagine medella throwing some extra sizes on cups, it was good that the nurse pointed it out or else we wud have never known why the pump was not that efficient !!

I bought this pump to use at home and then later for when I return to work. I have absolutely no complaints with this pump. Most of the time it sits in the same place and I just go sit and pump, but I have taken it out with me before and all I can say is that it packs up nicely...no problems. When I got to where I was going I just plugged it in and I was pumping....very easy. I don't find the bag heavy at all. Also the pump is very powerful. I am completely satisfied.
