The only ones I use. Other brands don't compare. I had to buy Evenflo pads b/c I couldn't get into the city to buy the Medela, and I feel like they were a total waste of money. Medela contours to your body, so that you don't look like you are wearing nursing pads unlike the other brands. I hated these pads and had to return them. They made my boobies itch like crazy and the adhesive would never keep the pad in place. I found myself adjusting them several times an hour as they shifted around. I like the Medela washable cotton pads much better. They are a little more expensive but are reusable. I leak a lot and I've tried washable pads and avent pads with dissapointment. Once I tried the Medela pads I was ecstatic because they held so much. I like how they contour to the shape of the breast and look very discreet under clothing and I love how I barely have to change them. I would highly recommend these pads! I love the medela breast pads! I tried washables and I soked right through- I was constantly washing them plus they were like unneeded padding in my bra. I tried Avent disposable pads and they were just ok. When I tried Medela I was so impressed because they kept my clothes dry all day and night! I found these pads to be alright as far as disposables go I suppose but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using the Medela washables, which are wonderful. They hold alot and are really soft and convienent. Spend the bit of extra money and buy the washables, they're all around a better investment and better for the environment too.
