How could anyone breastfeed without these? The non-disposable cotton pads get wet and stay wet... much like I'd imagine a cloth diaper would feel! Yuck. These disposable ones are great... they are like a maxipad for your breasts! I have a plentiful milk supply (to say the least) and I couldn't imagine life without these pads. Get them BEFORE you have your baby so you have them handy when your milk comes in. You'll be glad you did!Customer Review: Much better than the washable pads!

I am a first time mom, so I didn't know what to use. I spent $20 on the washable pads from Bravado. I leaked all the time through the pads, my bra and shirt! I thought this was just a side effect of nursing until I tried the disposables that came with the Medela pump we bought. What a difference! I haven't had an accident since. I haven't tried any of the other disposable brands, but can certainly say that these are wonderful!Customer Review: The best bra pads on the market!

I tried many bra pads and these , by far, are the best! I was very skeptical at first due to their unique design. I was unsure how a pad so thin could control my heavy leaks. I was pleasantly surprised. The unique moisture absorbing material keeps me dry all night. They work much better than the washable pads and the many other (Gerber, Johnson & Johnson, and Avent) pads I have tried. These are definately worth the money.Customer Review: Best Pads on the Market

I am exclusively nursing and work full time, and leaking at work is a bad thing. These pads are the best! I have never had an accident, and they are so thin and discreet to boot. One set of pads lasts all day making their price well worth the expenditure. I am an experienced nurser and foung that the cloth pads stuck to the nipples, but not these. These are also great to use with lanolin cream. I highly recommend these.Customer Review: Hate these pads!!!!!

I absolutely hate...despise...loathe these pads. I leaked at least 3 to 4 times a day while using them. They are useless and did nothing to give me protection. Before I started using them I was using the Lansinoh brand pads and I loved them. I never had any problems, but then I got a box of these as a gift and figured I'd try them. I will not even use the rest of the box. I would not recommend these to anyone!
