This is by far the best nursing pad I have tried yet. After sampling all the major brands, this was the only one that actually held up to major let-down leaks (it has an absorbent gel inside, unlike the cloth/paper design of other pads), and is very discreet through clothing. All the other brands were very obvious through clothes, and leaked pretty bad after just one let-down. They may be a little more expensive than some brands, but they last so much longer that they are well worth the expense.Customer Review: i have tried every breast pad/ this tops all!

Every single breast pad available doesn't compare. They either show thru your clothing or they leak through after 1 episode of letdown! Medela is wonderful. I wear them & no one can notice. Once i got caught without any extras & had to go almost 8 hours & was leaking like crazy because baby or pump wasn't available. They held up without leaks & still kept thier form. Too bad other companies ( like gerber, evenflow, aveda) haven't caught on to this wonderful design.Customer Review: Works well, very comfortable and discreet

These pads are great. They're thin yet absorbent. You can't see them under your clothing, which is nice. They are shaped, so they conform to the breast. I don't even know I have them on! My one complaint is that they are individually wrapped. Not only is it a waste of plastic, it makes getting dressed in a hurry inconvenient. I have ripped a few pads trying to open the package while my daughter is screaming her head off in the next room. But, overall, a good choice.Customer Review: These ARE the best

I agree with the others saying these are the best. They are the thinnest on the market, absorb very very well, and are not visible through clothing! I tried Medela, Lansinoh and Avent and these are definately the best, with LAnsinoh in second and Avent last...trust me...you will love these pads. i never used the sticky strip. I just pull them out when feeding...also, like with all other pads, don't leave them in there all day!! Your boob will smell musty...tmi...Customer Review: Fabulous!!

I received a box of these pads as a shower gift and when I went to buy more, I was surprised to find out how much more expensive they were than the other brands! So I tried some less expensive pads (Avent, J & J, Gerber) and was very disappointed! They did not absorb as much as the Medela brand!! Plus, they weren't as thin. So now I'm going to stick with these pads - plus give them as shower gifts in the future - they're definitely worth every penny! A+!
