I have about 25 of these bottles, and not one has ever leaked. Ever. Nipples are a little short--but that is perfect for breastfed babies. The slow flow nipples are not that slow, especially for breastfed babies 0-3 months old. Seems perfect for breastfed babies 3-6 months old. Medela also sells faster flow nipples if that is what you prefer. Perfect fit to the Medela breastpumps. Only wish that Medela also sold these BPA-free bottles in a wide neck version (for milk storage only) so that they were easier to clean. Customer Review: Very good

I bought these bottles because I knew they would fit my Medela pump and I didn't really have time to research bottles (who has time with a baby, right?!) The set came with slow flow nipples. After we had to upgrade to the medium flow ones (sold separately) just like some of the other reviewers have stated, the nipples and collars don't screw on securely to the bottles and milk leaks out everywhere. It actually looks like the nipples are too small to fit the collars. So disappointed! I'll make sure to find the time to research their replacements!Customer Review: Low Flow Not So Low

These bottles work well with the Medela pump and have nice caps, but the low flow nipple is too much for our little guy when we try to use them for feeding. He's only three weeks old and I'm sure he'll be able to handle them someday, but right now, the ThinkBaby bottles we have seem to work well with him at this stage.Customer Review: Wish you could purchase components separately

Excellent storage bottles (and BPA free), but wish you could purchase these without the nipples and nipple caps which we did not want or need.
