Customer Review: Fun product/Beach Audio has great customer service

I wanted to rate this product with five stars. My six month old does love the glow of the light, and I find it fun myself. However, I thought I was ordering the unit with the base, as that was what was pictured. I was very disappointed to find that I received the one that plugs directly into the unit. I emailed Beach Audio to find out why I got the wrong one. They discovered that there is a mix up with listing and picture. I was told that it will be fixed with Amazon, and I was offered a postage paid return label for shipping it back. I am choosing to keep the light I have. Be aware of that one detail, but if something does go wrong, the people at Beach Audio will take care of it! :)

I bought this as a gift for my daughter for Christmas, and from the moment she saw it, she loved it! After about a month and a half, it stopped working though, and I did not have any of the original packaging so the company it came from online wouldn't take it back. I emailed customer service at Mobi directly to see about getting a replacement, and they sent one (had it in only 3 days) before I even sent the old one back. Come to find out, the light was fine, but the charger was broken and didn't charge it up anymore. Kudos to the TykeLight and even more kudos to the friendly and excellent people at Mobi customer service.

I was given this as a shower present and I have used it every night since my 9 month old was born. I used it for the middle of the night feedings so I could see but it wouldn't be too much light for the baby. I use it now as a night light for the little one and I think this will be great for many years because of its soft edges it can be used and held on to.

It has a battery that is recharged by plugging in and has 2 different intensities. I love it! and recommend it especially for nursing moms.

This item, especially the new model with the 15 timer, is a great nightlight. It's fun to look at and pratical. Easy to use with different settings, high, low and with timer that gradually lowers the light till it goes off in 15 minutes.
