After trying other brands and formats, these are the only nipples my breastfed baby would accept. They work really well with breastmilk, because of their shape and slow flow.
I use these nipples mostly with my Avent bottles, on which they fit perfectly.
Had I not bought the Avent bottles before I came across these nipples, I would certainly have bought the MAM bottles (Sassy Baby's Mam 9 oz. Boy 3 pack Bottle). Their anti-colic system is great: simple and effective. Plus, they're BPA-free.
