Just LOVE these nipples. They go with our Sassy MAM bottles. We've tried other nipples, but these are the ones our baby prefers. Latex nipples are hard and awful! And other silicone ones are not as soft as these nipples. Only thing we've noticed is that if you use these nipples with other bottles (like the new Avent BPA free bottles), the nipples collapse. Never had problem with nipple collapsing with the Sassy MAM 8oz bottles, although they did collapse when we tried them with the bigger Sassy MAM 10 oz bottles. We just returned the 10oz bottles and kept the nipples and the 8oz bottles, since they work so well for us. I also think that the liquid comes out pretty fast with these nipples- so if you are switching from another nipple, you might want to take that into account.
