HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE! I bought these for my daughter who is now 17mos and they are so useful still! They cost more than most receiving blankets but are worth it. They are larger and great for swaddling when your baby is younger (especially if your baby is wiggly like mine was!). I was skeptical at first but after a few uses I immediately loved them. These swaddle blankets are one of the few baby items, I think are definitely worth the money. My son loves being swaddled with them and they are very soft. They are definitely meant for April/May newborns, they are not thick enough for winter months.Customer Review: Cool Patterns and BIG blankets.

This is really the biggest size swaddle I've found. Very thin and breathable cotton. My baby boy grew out of all other swaddles by 2 months, and it was really difficult to find something that actually would keep him swaddled through the night. This one fit well! Now he is 4.5 months, 17 pounds already, and now we have to double the blankets at night to keep him swaddled. Since they are so thin, doubling does not make him too hot.
