Customer Review: Hair washing is no longer a dreaded chore...

My 19 month-old daughter would not "allow" me to use this on her the first time I tried (she kept moving her head, using her hands to push it and me away, etc.), I suppose because I couldn't make her understand that it would help her. Before we tried the next time, I followed some other reviewers' advice and "played" with it away from the tub. This seemed to work and she's been cooperating since then. Even though she still whimpers when she realizes that it's time to wash her hair, and she whimpers the whole time that the shower head is pouring over her head, she is no longer screaming bloody murder, water and shampoo is no longer running in her eyes, and she stops crying as soon as I move the shower stream away from her head. I purchased it from one of the big box children's stores, but the Amazon price is the same if you take advantage of free shipping.
