The hourglass-shape inner curve provides needed support to both back and belly. The design cradles the body, making middle-of-the-night rollovers effortless with no need to reposition and adjust multiple pillows. Once Baby is born, it supports Mom's back and cushions Baby for comfortable nursing. The cover is removable and machine washable. 100% polyester fiberfill. I have 2 boys (4 and 6 months) and while I was pregnant with each of them this pillow was a life saver...or should I say a sleep saver!! I would tuck the curve between my knees, wedge the pillow under the small of my back and hug the other side and drift off. Husbands....Your pregnant wives NEED this pillow!! I will be sending it to all my pregnant friends!!
