From personal and professional experience, I am aware of the value of lanolin to promote successful breast feeding. However, I want to let people know what a great product this is to prevent dry, chapped lips. I have used it for years by applying it to my lips at night. When my son, who works outside year round, complained of his problem with chapped lips from exposure to sun and wind, I suggested he try this product. He loves it and feels that it is the most effective product he has used to prevent chapped lips.Customer Review: Used for Dry Heels

My podiatrist suggested I purchase this for use on my perenially dry heels. I have diabetes and one of the symptoms is extreme dry feet. I use it daily. It has been as effective as cremes made for the feet specifically and made a difference faster than typical foot cremes. It is VERY thick and isn't easy to get off your hands afterwards.Customer Review: Best lanolin I've tried

It's thick, lasts long, feels good, and is pure enough that you don't have to remove it for feeding. I also used it on my daughter's chin and cheeks when she had dry skin from drooling and winter weather- cleared up overnight. It is also the only brand of lanolin recommended by La Leche League in The Womanly Art of Breastfeeding.Customer Review: Useful in the early days.

This was very useful in my early days of breast-feeding. I used it for the first week or two when my breasts were under great stress from a hungry little munchkin. It helped with the blisters and the cracks. After the first two weeks or so it was irrelevant though. I would recommend the smallest tube you can buy and then see.Customer Review: Awesome

How does anyone breastfeed without a lanolin product? If you have soreness or cracking I recommend this product! Use EVERY TIME you nurse! As much as possible, let your nipples dry naturally after applying... I like using breast shells, so I can put my clothes back on yet still get air circulation.
