Well I ordered this toy to put on my daughters car seat, and I know this is a pretty large toy you could see from the pictures ppl post, but I looked at this because when I write in car seats toys, this came up. but the legs are to long and are right on my daughter face and she hates it! and I do too! I thought the legs stretched in a form like when u pull them down they go back up by themselves in slow motion or something but no the stretch is wack, its like stretching a shirt. I kept the toy just beacuse I dont want to to through the process of returning it for only 10$ maybe when my daughter gets older shell like it. shes 3 mo. nowCustomer Review: Great toy for 3+ months!

I got this as a gift, and I'm so glad I did. I probably wouldn't have purchased it on my own, but my baby loves it! The legs have bells, a squeaker, and crinkle fabric in them. He loves smushing the giraffe into his face, fingering the rings and ribbon on its neck, and batting at the legs if I dangle it above him. It seems a good size for hugging. The legs aren't actually as stretchy as they appear, in fact I would say that they don't really stretch at all, but that is not as much of a concern as an FYI in case you were expecting one of those toys that have very elastic legs.Customer Review: Not impressed :(

I got Jacques the Peacock for my dayghter when she was 2,5 months old. She instantly fell in love with it. Then I bought the worm and she loved it to. She wrestles with it till this day and enjoys biting on the "legs". The Stretch the Giraffe, however, is a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. She is not interested in it at all. It does not do much. The rattles are very quiet and the teeting rings are very hard to bite as they are on the giraffe's neck and there is rally no way for my daughter to get to them... I say buy it for a 2-3 mo old because older children will not find it amusing.Customer Review: Packed full of fun!

The lamaze toys in general are wonderful. I purchased five different ones for my grandson an they are among his very favorites. While at home or driving in the car of visiting friends, this is a great toy to have along. It makes lots of wonderful noises because it has crinkly parts and rattling parts and teething rings and legs to pull with rattling things inside. He's also great to gnaw on and to cuddle. The hook makes it easy to attach to anything, stroller, car seat, high chair, etc. Oh, he also squeaks if you press his middle. We love this guy!Customer Review: Another great Lamaze baby toy

My wife and first came across the Lamaze brand by accident. Our 4 month old loves Freddie the Firefly. We bought Stretch the Giraffe for some variety - it's excellent. We like Freddie Firefly because of the mirror and the crinkle wings. Stretch has a different texture to the legs and our son loves pulling on them.
He loves cuddling the toy and entertaining himself with it, which is a huge lifesaver when you want some "me time" to get stuff done.
