mortimer is the best! my son loves him, i think its adorable, it has plenty to occupy a small baby's visual interest. my son is 9 months and still plays with this guy so it has the longevity potential. i think this is the best lamaze take along toy of the bunch. i have also bought him for baby shower gifts and he has also been well liked by other children.Customer Review: 3 month old loves it!!

My daughter is just under 3 months and this is the first toy I've really seen her get excited about. I love all the patterns and textures,a nd she can grab his little stringy legs. I'm a little worried about the pointy antlers, but she hasnt done any damage yet :)
Super cute. I ordered the peacock for her for easter and I hope she loves it as much.

Our son is 5 months old and LOVES his moose. We have given him many infant toys to play with, but his attention is kept the longest and he smiles the most when playing with this toy. I think it's the color and texture combinations and the different sounds (rattle, crackle) that the different hooves make--they are perfectly developmentally appropriate.Customer Review: 6 month old LOVES Mortimer

We bought one of these toys for a nephew and a after seeing it delivered, knew that our son would love one also. When packing a bag for him, we always included Mortimer. Nearly everyone that sees his moose comments on how neat it looks. The feet jingle and crinkle, the antlers are chewable and it can be connected easily to th car seat or stroller.Customer Review: One of Olivia's Favorite Toys

This colorful moose is not only visually pleasing to look at, but poses many textures and sounds for the newborn. Each foot has a different sound when squeezed or munched on. The antlers also provide good texture for teething. The hook makes Mortimer very portable as he can hang on all activity centers or car seat handles. We Love Mortimer!!!
