Lamaze Flutterbug Teether: I bought it for 7.99 with free shipping.
I bought this as a Christmas gift for my 7 MONTH OLD daughter. I had a limited budget so I would NOT have spent more on it. She likes it even though she can't always manipulate it to vibrate yet. Her Uncle is 12 MONTHS OLD and he LOVES it so I can see her getting my moneys worth out of it. I have seen her get more joy from regular teethers and from soft clip-on toys.
In the end it's a teether, it encourages babies to refine their motor skills by making it vibrate and it clips onto things for easy on the go entertainment. =)
