I used these once my daughter started wetting through her nighttime disposable diapers. These diapers work very well for heavy wetters with the use of 2-3 inserts. I don't even bother to stuff the pocket- the inserts just stay in place. I made a big mistake and left some of them soaking for over a week when my washing machine broke. The diapers' outer shell was damaged. I emailed the company to see if there is anything that could be done to save them. Kushies sent me replacement diapers free of charge plus a cute little tote bag. Who has such great customer service these days? I was very impressed.
