Customer Review: Great compact stroller

Kolcraft's Tour Sport has the best quality of all the small umbrella strollers I checked out. I needed a compact model to fit in the tiny trunk of my VW Beetle, and this one actually fits. The stroller's fabric is durable and easy to clean, and the stroller itself is a good height for me. A relatively short 5'4", I don't have to bend over to reach the handles, as with some other models. It comes preassembled except for putting the wheels and canopy on. It's easy to fold and unfold, the colors are gender neutral (unlike other all pink or all blue models), and the cupholder is a nice feature. The small storage bag at the back of the seat holds no more than 3lbs., so it's not the stroller for you if you're looking for one with a large storage capacity. The only reasons I gave it four instead of five stars: one-handed steering is a little difficult because the stroller lists a little to one side or the other unless pushed with both hands; the canopy doesn't really provide much shade. I generally have to push the canopy pretty far forward and drape a blanket over the gap between the canopy and handles to keep my son out of direct sunlight. If you're looking for a small, lightweight, easy-to-tote stroller, though, this one is great.
