Customer Review: Adorable Night Light, Great Customer Service!

I wanted a unique night light for my grandson's 2nd birthday because he's very afraid of the dark. I considered the Mobi, but he loves dinosaurs and I figured he'd appreciate the KinderGlo Tyrannosaurus more. Being rechargeable is a big plus (and of course being a favorite grandparent for the day for just the right gift could be a lovely bonus).
As soon as it got here I plugged it in to get a full charge before wrapping it. Right out of the box it seemed to work fine, but about 15 minutes into charging I picked it up again (couldn't help myself, I wanted to play!) but it didn't light up like it's supposed to when you take it off the charger. There was also a minor issue with the button that makes it change colors.
Right away I emailed the company, and told them it was for my grandson's birthday in a couple of weeks. I was asked to let it charge completely first to see if that would solve the issues. When it didn't, I wrote again and they said another would be sent asap in time for the birthday. The new one arrived with plenty of time to spare. Actually his party still isn't for another week and I have to admit I've already let him see the thing. It fits in his little hands quite well and he figured out the color-changing button right away. When I said it was time to put it away he chimed, "Bye bye!" and kissed it on the teeth. I know... bad Grammy. I can hardly wait to give it to him to keep.
The exchange went very smoothly. I'm quite impressed with customer service at KinderGlo/Blue Moon Lights as they have compassion, integrity, and stand behind their products. I may have to order that little Quarter Moon to keep at Grammy's house... you know, for when the grandkids sleep over.
