Care instructions: machine wash cold in gentle cycle with like colors, do NOT bleach, tumble dry low, and iron on lowest setting as needed

I was very disappointed about the color of this blanket. The product picture shows the blanket with rich colors. That is NOT what I got. The colors are very faded and makes the blanket appear to be low quality or old. I placed this order back in early November and did not receive it until Dec. 3rd. It was a long wait. I purchased this as a gift. I took it into a shop to have my nephews name embroidered on it in attempt to make it more pleasing for the child. Now I can only hope that once it gets washed the color wont fade even worse than it already is.
