Bought this lamp over 2 years ago before my son was born. I have had no issues with it. I think it's cute and I'll be sad to pack it away when he outgrows it. I do wish the "on/off" switch was on the base rather than the cord as it likes to fall behind my dresser... but all in all, I'm very happy with it.
