Customer Review: Fit crib rail nice, but adhesive didn't stick in damaged areas

Good product overall. It fit our wider crib rail nice, unlike the Prince Lionheart. I followed the cleaning instructions and let the adhesive cure for 8 hrs, but it only took a few days for my little beaver to unstick parts of it. I tried super glue and it sort-of worked, but is coming off again. The areas that have lifted had a lot of teeth marks underneath. It sticks best to areas with no teeth marks, which is stated in the directions.Customer Review: Has saved an heirloom crib through two kids!

We bought and applied this product when my son started teething. It is VERY important to first thoroughly clean the surface where you plan on applying the strip with alcohol. If there is any oily residue, the adhesive will not stay put. Our son is now four, and our one-year-old daughter has inherited this crib. The original rail protector is still in place and not so much as a corner has started to lift.Customer Review: Works great so far

I put it on our sons crib about 2 weeks ago and haven't had any problems. We made sure we followed the instructions completely. The only problem is the length, it works for the front rail but you either have to get two for the side rails and waste a lot or use one and then it is too short by two inches on each side. But as for that, it has worked well for us and our son seems to like chewing on it.Customer Review: Great Product

I ordered this item because my 9 month old son was chewing on the crib rail, causing the paint to chip away. I have been using the gummi crib rail cover for a couple months now and I love it. The adhesive is still intact and I have had no problems with him tearing it off, as of yet. I would recommend this product to anyone that wants to protect their crib from teething babies!Customer Review: Waste of money

We purchased this for our son's Emily convertable crib. The strip never went on firmly from the start and thus didn't stay on at all. I guess if anything it provides him entertainment after waking from his nap in that he can sit there and work at pulling it off...Efforts to get it to re-stick with a hair dryer were futile. Should have spent our money on something else.
