Description of Kiddopotamus Snuzzler Head and Body Support - Chocolate
The Reversible Snuzzler Fleece Insert from Kiddopotamus softly cradles an infant, providing support for your baby's back and neck. We highly recommend it. The head support is adjustable and detachable, for when they get a little taller. The padded Snuzzler fits all seat harnesses without any harness re-threading. Great for Car Seats, Strollers, Jogging Strollers, Bike Trailers , any seat with a 3-point or 5-point harness. The Snuzzler comes in two fabric styles, so choose from Soft Berber-type Fleece (the filling and outer fabric are 100% polyester), or Terry cotton in ivory, only. The Terry cotton Snuzzler is not reversible like the Fleece version. Since the Terry cotton is a looped fabric, it has a somewhat more 'plush' feel than the flat cotton of the other Snuzzlers. All Kiddopotamus Snuzzlers are Machine washable. According to car seat manufacturers, you are not to use ANY after-market products with your seat. They are not regulated and can pose numerous risks.
The particular risks for this product include
-ejection from the car seat because it is full of materials that will compress in an accident, leaving too much room in the straps to hold your child in.
-Fire injury or death - again, these products are not regulated and can actually catch fire and burn your child causing sever injury up to and including death.
-Suffocation- This product puts the infants head at an angle, and that can cause death by suffocation.
