I have a graco all in one car seat/stroller. The car seat keeps my baby at a 60 to 70 degree angle in the car. So it's easy for her head to fall to the side or slump down when she sleeps. This worked well for about a week when I first brought my son home from the hospital and then it appeared to squish his arms in uncomfortably. He was a skinny baby and it still seemed to take up too much room for him. I ended up taking it back to the store and my son was much more comfortable in his car seat.Customer Review: Cozy Cushion

I bought this support mainly for the swing I also purchased and it's perfect. I will be using this support cushion in many ways, not just in the baby swing but also in a car seat, on pillow supports and even on blanket layouts to help steady my grand children. My son hated sitting on his car seat and he would always be hunched over when he fell asleep, but after we got this he seems to feel alot more comfortable in it. the head rest is high enough to keep his head in place but low enogh so it's not a suffocation hazzard if he turns his head to his side.Customer Review: Everyone needs this!

When my husband and I took our son home from the hospital, we forgot our snuzzler. He flopped over to one side and was basically swimming in his car seat. The snuzzler provides a warm cozy support system for your newborn. It is easy to install and easy to clean. I would recommend this to everyone.
