Opens up very easily, and folds up very easily too - providing you follow the instructions which are good. Kids jumped right in it the moment it arrived and won't let me put it down. Looks comfortable and well made. Lighter weight and much easier to travel with than a pack and play. Hopefully my 15 month old will sleep well in it when we go camping and on plane trips. Her 3 year old brother might want his own, but it looks like he would only be able to use it for another year so we opted for the Kids AeroBed for him for camping.Customer Review: Super lite-weight & portable!

I have a two year old that can climb out of the playpen, so that's no longer an option for travel. I found this online and love it! I'm ordering another for my 1 year old because it is so much better than a play pen. It's so light that my 2 year old can carry it! Set up in 5 seconds! And what kid doesn't like to sleep in a tent - so fun! The inflatable matress is softer than the hard bottom of the play pen, it is 20 times smaller than a play pen and 50 times lighter than a playpen. I'm a pretty picky mother, but this product definately gets 5 stars.Customer Review: PeaPod + KidSafe

My two year old played with a friend's peapod, and really liked it. So we ordered one. When it arrived, he was so happy, he instantly begin playing. We noticed a small defect in one of the seams, and worked with KidCo and KidSafe.
The great team at KidSafe was able to send a new PeaPod, with box and return label for the defective one.
I cannot begin to express how happy my son is with his PeaPod, and how pleased I am with the excellent customer service from the good folks at KidSafe, I highly recommend them a a vendor.

i've been using this product for over a year for my 28 month old daughter. it's great for travelling. easy storage in a suitcase light and compact when taken down. when i daughter started climbing out of her crib i started using this as a day to day bed it's very comfortable. only problem i find is the grooves in the blow up mattress leaves marks on my daughter face when she wakes so i use the sleeping bag and put it over the mattress then i use a crib sheet over it. perfect. the pump is flimsy and broke within seconds of using it the first time.Customer Review: It's really cute but kind of chunky.

The bed is really cute but a but chunky. It pops open automatically which is half the work already done for you. The hand pump takes time so it's better if you just purchase a small electrical one that can both inflate and deflate the mattress. It included a sleeping bag which was a real nice surprise. My only complaint is that I can't get it to compress enough when I pack it back up so it's a but chunky in the suit case. But all in all it's a good product. It's almost like your child has his or her own fort to travel with.
