Description of Kidco Elongate Safety Gate
KidCo ?longate? is the premier child and pet safety gate that is designed to fit wide open spaces. The basic ?longate is 29 1/2" high and fits openings 45" to 59" wide. Optional 24" extensions will expand this gate up to 7, 9, 11, or even 13 feet! Wall mounted for safety, the ?longate features a walk-through door that can be installed at either end of the gate. A simple, one-hand adult release allows the door to swing open in either direction. Using the latest in European technology, each ?longate is constructed of heavy tubular steel with a non-toxic white plastic coating. Customer Review: Crappy Service, Product Damaged

This item came to my door in a tattered mess. The box was torn and then re-taped and when I opened the box the item was completely damaged. I don't assume that it's Baby Age's fault in the shipping matter, but upon return of the item, I was not issued a full refund. Instead, I've been issued a store credit. I am not very pleased with this experience at all.
