Baby Products Reviews of Kalencom Potette Disposable Liners - On The Go Potty Liner Re-FillsCustomer Review: Go for the Fisher Price Potty on the Go instead! Summary: 1 Stars
The potty this was designed for looks like it should work fine even though the liner doesn't fit well it's tiny - fits in a back pack or in the glove compartment or under a seat. And the price is right...until you try to use it. My son cried, it hurt him. Urine went everywhere. He had a red mark on his bottom even though he was just on it for a couple of minutes. I should have just found a discreet bush. I bought the replacement potty mentioned in the title and found it to be perfect in every way. Don't waste your money.
Customer Review: Pretty nice product and here's why... Summary: 3 Stars
These bags fit well with the travel potty I got. They have that "baby fresh" smell and are blue so you don't have to see what goes into them. They are easy to dispose of and work well. However, you can also use gallon size ziplock bags (which close more securely and you can see through) which would be cheaper. Another plus to the gallon bags is they don't smell. I thought I'd like the scent, but it smelled up my whole car the first time I used it b/c one of the bags was in the potty ready to go (I even had it in the box!)
Customer Review: potty emergency Summary: 4 Stars
I bought this product when my daughter was beginning potty training. I feared that during the long road trip to Grandma's house that she would need to go when there wasn't anywhere to go. Thankfully, she did better than I expected. We've had to use this a few times and are really happy with it. It is small. This is definitely for little kids (toddler or small preschool). The bags are nice because it can be disposed of later if there isn't a place handy. I love how it's so compact in the car!
Customer Review: SUPER AWESOME -- best invention ever! Summary: 5 Stars
The On the Go potty and liners have been so amazingly awesome for us. When potty training, my daughter absolutely loved to pull out her potty seat and cop a squat wherever we were! The liners hold the fluids really well too -- to my surprise. A must have -- and great investment! My daughter was fully potty trained at 18 months and is now three but will still use the potty seat when we're traveling --- and SOOOO much easier than going into some of those super nasty restrooms.
Customer Review: Not so good for a boy Summary: 3 Stars
My son is 3 1/2 and we just used this potty for the first time and he actually used it only one week into potty training, but good thing I was right next to him because the pee almost went everywhere. I had to pull up the bag a little to keep the pee inside the bag. Maybe when he learns to pee standing up it will work better, but we made do with having him lean forward a little. I had it inside a tent with a towel underneath it just in case of pee spray.
