I hardly ever write reviews, but I feel compelled to about this bag. I agree with all the positives from the other posters. This big bag is made incredibly well and has all the bells and whistles needed. I love the mommy pocket and great changing pad. I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to put my keys or phone in the side pockets because of the magnet closures, but I took a gamble and haven't had any problems.
Since I'm about to have 2 under 2, I also researched extensively and decided nothing could beat this bag. The only thing no one has mentioned that is driving me crazy is that the bag is floppy if not fully loaded. I'm using it for my 20 month old now and don't have a need to bring as much as I will when I also have an infant in a few weeks. The sides of the bag are not sturdy on their own (like some tote bags, for instance), so when they aren't being stuffed with clothes, etc., they just sink down making it tough to unzip quickly while in the car or restaurant. Also, while some may like this feature, the compartments have 2 zippers. I find this kind of a pain when I have to unzip one and then the other, or I grab a zipper and zip the wrong way at first. Sounds silly, but when time is of the essence, it matters! I put fun keychains on each zipper to help me pull the right way.
I'm thinking of doing what another poster does: continue to use my Skip Hop City Chic for everyday, and leave the jujube Be Prepared stuffed in the car, or for car/plane trips.
