I've been using this every day for my second baby since early fall. It's very warm and cozy and there is no hassle with extra clothing. I use it with an infant head support to keep my baby's head from bobbing around. Once inside, you can adjust the warmth of Bundle Me by just opening the zippers.
I didn't have any trouble getting the product on/off the car seat, as it has convenient Velcro slits for the belts. It's also very easy to wash. As far as extra potentially unsafe cushioning goes, a bulky snow-suit that my baby would have to wear without the Bundle Me, would add about as much cushioning, if not more.

I recently purchased one of these for my small baby, who refuses to sleep anywhere but his car seat. What a godsend this thing is! It's thick, warm and comfortable, and is much easier to use than the blankets we were lining the car seat with. We keep the seat belts out of the way when using the seat like this. It's easy to tuck baby snugly in for the night without a ton of blankets. It's also great for using on the go with the seat belt threaded through (winters are brutal here in the Midwest). I've tried a lot of different covers and configurations and this one is the best for all our needs- both at home and on the go.Customer Review: Great for Winter Babies

We went to Babies R Us, where we bought our stroller, and used the floor model to test out the Bundle me and other infant carseat liners in the store. The Bundle me was the best. Once installed it didn't move, like some of the others did and the straps on the carseat fit perfectly through precut slots so we didn't have to struggle to find them when strapping our daughter in. The zipper around the outside made it easy to "bundle" her up on the cold winter days we had this year and it was comforting to know that our newborn was nice and warm. Overall, this is a great product and is really worth the money.Customer Review: Good Item

I love this item as it eliminates the need for outerwear (snowsuits)and it's been great thus far since it's bee pretty cold where we live.
I have 3 complaints: The liner is becoming squished due to use, and the seam is coming apart on the top blanket that goes over my son so the polyfill is exposed. The other thing that bothers me is that if you use this and the child is alone in the back seat and you have to slam on the brakes or some hits the car, the blanket goes up and over the infants face, which is not safe. I sewed an elastic band and button to the bottom so I wouldn't have to worry about that.

We like how you don't have to worry about getting the baby into a snowsuit, and it does keep them very warm, but two down sides we found; one is that it doesn't fit the infant carrier seat real well, the strap that holds it on just stretches around the back of the seat, there isn't a real secure fastening and we feel that's what causes it to be a little too bulky plus prevents the canopy from fully working properly. The second is that it doesn't zip up far enough. Our six month old easily get hers arms out so if it's real cold we don't feel comfortable using it since it's only covering her from the waist down.
